Orders
- Any purchase order submitted is subject to acceptance by moto di moda. Only upon acceptance by moto di moda by way of an order confirmation is the agreement concluded.
- Moto di moda reserves the right to reject any orders in full or in part or to apply a maximum order amount.
- All orders are subject to stock availability.
- Prices and availability of moto di moda products and services are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is not available or is not available at a published price due to an error, moto di moda will contact you to suggest alternative products or communicate the correct, as applicable. In such cases, moto di moda reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not moto di moda has confirmed your order and collected payment. If you have already made payment through paypal for the purchase and your order is cancelled, moto di moda will issue a credit to your paypal account in the amount of the charge. The date of credit will depend on your payment method. Moto di moda liability with respect to any such cancelled order shall be limited to a refund of any amounts paid with respect to such cancelled order. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the moto di moda Returns Policy.
