We know you want to receive your order as quickly as possible, and will do our best to deliver or activate your order within 4-6 days of purchase.

When you reach checkout, you will see how much shipping will cost for your order.

Shipping is FREE for orders over $200.

Moto di moda will deliver to your nominated delivery address using Australia Post. It’s your responsibility to make sure that someone is there to sign for and accept the delivery. If no-one is there to collect the delivery, the parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office.

Here are some of the other things you need to know about shipping:

  • Sometimes, if you order more than one product, we may have to deliver or activate each product separately. We’ll keep you informed if this is the case.
  • Once your order is delivered to your advised delivery address, the risk of loss or damage to the products will pass to you.
  • If delivery should fail for any reason outside of our control, moto di moda reserves the right to cancel the purchase agreement and refund any monies paid.
  • If moto di moda delivers a product you did not order or activates a product on your device by mistake, please let us know via email – [email protected] We will organise to reimburse you for the cost of returning the product.
  • Acceptance of a non-ordered product or amount of a product does not relieve you from acceptance and payment of the product you initially ordered, unless otherwise agreed with moto di moda.

 

RETURNS

If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, moto di moda will accept the return of product within 14 days of purchase. And, as long as the item is in its original, sealed packaging and not damaged or marked we will refund the purchase price once we receive it.

You will need to pay the return postage costs.

If the item is deemed to have been defaced, altered, used or damaged or marked, then moto di moda will be unable to issue a refund for the product/s. So it’s important to make sure the item is packed properly to prevent any damage in transit.
